Shining Stars Babies from 3 months are given a range of opportunities to explore through their sensory skills, from dry pluses and pastas, to gloop and textured painting. They are allocated a key person who supports them through their development and physical needs following the Birth to three matters (will be the Early Years Foundation Stage from September 2008).
What you should bring: • Spare nappies • Change of clothes appropriate for the time of year • Coat, hat and gloves • Sun cream and sun hat • Comforter • Expressed breast or formula milk
Starburst Still following the Birth to Three Matters as the children begin to explore their social, emotional and physical boundaries with support of their key worker.
The Starburst room offers a wide variety of experiences covering all areas of development, which the children are able to explore at their own pace. A free – flow play system has also been introduced allowing children to extend and develop their learning outside, taking it to the next level, it also gives a chance for mixed age groups to play together enhancing their knowledge of society.

Shooting Stars We offer a friendly, fun and caring environment where we learn through play and plan activities for each individual child to cover the six areas of the Foundation Stage Curriculum (will be the Early Years Foundation Stage from September 2008). Every session we offer a free – flow play opportunity where the children are able to experience and explore the outside play as well as the inside.

Bright Stars/Super Stars Pre – School These rooms are designated for the three – hour government funded sessions. We offer a friendly, fun and caring environment where we learn through play and plan activities for each individual child to cover the six areas of the Foundation Stage Curriculum (will be the Early Years Foundation Stage from September 2008). Every session we offer a free – flow play opportunity where the children are able to experience and explore the outdoor play area as well as the inside.

After Schools Club At the After Schools Club we encourage the children to further their literacy skills by listening to them read. We also assist the children in their homework. The children are allowed to pick their activities daily, they can choose from a messy paint activity, playstation games or even a board game. We see the After School Club as a time for the children to build on their social skills.
